Hi, I’m Chris and I'm a Director of Photography with a focus on commercials and music videos. I started shooting videos in those Canon 5D Mark II times, hoping not to crash the camera with Magic Lantern. With a fascination for the music industry and stage lights, I took my first steps by shooting music videos for my friends' bands. My communication design studies helped me sharpen my expertise in time-based media and photography, as well as combine various visual storytelling techniques. Whether through dynamic camera movements, innovative angles, or creative lighting setups, I strive to create visuals that resonate deeply, ensuring that each frame is a vital part of the narrative and evokes a genuine response from the audience. I prioritize an organic aesthetic, aiming to capture the emotional essence of each scene, and I strive to produce authentic and memorable images that leave a lasting impact. This way, I found my place in the advertising industry – somewhere between medium size rock’n’roll productions and sets with a big crew.
